Millionaire in the Making – Sophia Grigio

Wow! What a week on planet Ron. With a combination of Ron Le Grand, Gene and Julie Castro, I implemented a strategy using the option on the 2/1 property with $100 down.

After visiting the small home, I wasn’t so excited being a tiny house. The seller mentioned he wanted $185,000, (Zillow est $189,000) and had to sell due to a divorce.

I locked it up with the purchase and sale agreement and a clause to assign it.

So, with my asking price on the market of $205,000, I hoped for the best!

Within 3 Days, I had multiple offers and using the same strategies that I learned on Planet Ron, taught me at their Take Action Workshop regarding an open house frenzy mentality, I created a frenzy and drove up the price to $217,000!

This allowed me a profit of $32,000 before paying 3% realtor fee I picked up a check at the title company for $25,490.00!!!!

This is a great story! Just think how much you made on such a modest house. I know that you have kept it up and it is great to see where you started. Be blessed!

Hello Sophia, hey, what kind of deals have you been doing lately? Deals in this area are few and far, and each owner wants cash but no lease type deals, so I keep going on to the next sale. I keep trying, and moving forward. Please let us know what you are doing for deals lately.
