This seller we sourced by calling craigslist postings, something that we had done a little bit of but did more and got this deal because of your recommendation and positive encouragement.
The deal was a little bumpy at times and there was a bunch of things for us to learn and so having your help and guidance along the way was extremely helpful!
Now that we’re in the swing of things, we’ve got several deals pending. This business is a lot more fun now that it’s actually working and making us $$. Thank you for all your help! It’s literally because of you that we’ve gone as far as we have, are doing things that actually work, and perhaps most importantly, our spirits remain high even when the going gets a little tough.
