Exciting News! We’re thrilled to announce we’ve just added a brand-new event to our schedule, “Ron LeGrand’s Mastermind Retreat” to be held in sunny St. Augustine, Florida, October 3-5, 2023.
The Retreat is for Mentoring and Master students ONLY.
This 3-day event is like NO other event we’ve ever offered!
It’ll be filled with:
· Live Deal Structuring Sessions
· Student Hot Seats, one-on-one deals with Ron
· The Masters’ Banquet and Graduation
· Student Teaching Sessions
· Our Mentors there working one-on-one with students
· And so much more!
The main focus of the event will be a deep dive into individual student issues and barriers. This will require students to come with an open mind, ready to be completely vulnerable, to look deeply inside oneself and be able to openly discuss pain points. This event will be the most interactive, sharing experience we’ve ever offered!
Students will do the Closing Call Practice until you’re completely comfortable. We’ll spend a good amount of time on the script for visiting the home. Mastering this script is essential for taking your closing ratio to an all-new level. It can be the difference between 1 deal a month and 5 deals a month!
We’ll also be doing contracts practice. There are only a few contracts but completing them properly will ensure you a smooth close with your real estate attorney. There’s NO room for mistakes here, so we’re going to perfect it during the event.
We’ll have sessions on Raising Capital, and we’ll be going over additional lead sources to ensure you’re receiving high quality leads consistently with very little effort on your part. When done properly, you’ll likely have more leads than you can handle, so we’ll be addressing this and explaining how you can easily automate the process, so you don’t miss a deal!
We’ll have panel discussions and explore husband and wife teams doing the business together. You’ll be shocked when you see how effective these
teams are and how they make working together so lucrative! They’ll share their unique business models, who does what, why and why it works so well.
And, lastly, we’ll have a Charity auction. We’re so blessed to live in this beautiful country, to experience the freedoms we enjoy, and it’s only fitting for us to give back. Our Charity of choice is our locally run and operated, K9’s for Warriors. This charity pairs our military heroes with trained dogs to assist them with everyday life challenges. We proudly support this amazing organization!
We’ve strategically added the retreat to fall immediately before Commercial Property Boot Camp for students hoping to attend both. Commercial Property runs from October 7-9, so plan to join us for both and use the 6th as a day to reset and explore beautiful St. Augustine. As we near the event, we’ll supply additional information on the many attractions the city has to offer!
If you’re a Master who has paid in full, there’s no charge for you to attend both events and you may bring one guest. If you’re a Master who has financed with Global, your cost will be $2,000 per couple, but we’ll allow you to use up to 1,000 Gold Club points which is $1,000.
If you’re a Mentoring student, your cost will be $3,000 but you can also use up to 1,000 Gold Club points bringing it down to $2,000 per couple. Remember, if you decide to upgrade to Masters, you’ll be eligible to attend Commercial Property Boot Camp the 7th through the 9th for free as part of your Master’s package!
The Mastermind Retreat will be an incredible event for you to spend 3 days with other like-minded investors. Whether you’ve done 10 deals or no deals, this event will take you to a whole new level.
