There is a freedom and empowerment that comes when you realize that excuses never change things. You can blame all the outside factors (the market, other people, life circumstances, time…). I can make excuses about why things didn’t work out… but blame and excuses NEVER change things.
If you make excuses, you’re going to believe in a lie. And If you live by excuses, you’re going to lose.
If you’re going to make excuses, make them for other people – but never for yourself. Excuses work against you. Stop… Making… Excuses… 👌🏼
Stop blaming your market. Stop blaming the algorithm. Stop blaming other people. Instead, shift your mindset and accept that everything in your life begins and ends with YOU 🤯. And when you make this shift, you’ll see how freeing and empowering this can be.
Ron Legrand has taught me this. Excuses come from a desire for comfort. It’s much easier to point a finger of blame at the next guy, the market, life’s circumstances… instead of looking inside self and realizing that… maybe the one who really sucks here, is me.
When you live in the No Excuse Zone you take your power back instantaneously. I promise you… It’s that quick! So don’t hide behind your excuses. Instead… just EXPOSE them. Just get out there and do it. Don’t stop. Do it again and again. And when you do it again, do it better and repeat.
For those of you who get what I’m saying, let this be your BREAKTHROUGH moment. I believe in you! Now go… and live in the NO EXCUSE ZONE!
This is really good. Yes, excuses can become habitual. I have seen this 1st hand with many people. You think it’s okay to have one excuse but then before you know it you have another excuse and it just builds on itself. Now you have a habit. In fact, you don’t even realize your doing it.
You make a great point about the comfort zone. NEVER look for comfort because it’s a trap. Stay hungry!
Yes. Intraspection noted. No Excuse Zone versus Comfort Zone
