You should also know that there are several companies where you can sell your own home for a flat fee and do all the work yourself. Find a good book to help you with this process because your taking your investment and selling it yourself.

I noticed that year built is not on the form, should it be? I’ve seen other versions (from the VA) that had that information. I know we do our own research anyway, but do we need to get that info from the seller as well?

Is this the Newest lead sheet that is being used today. There seem to be several floating around and I want to make sure I am using the Newest. Maybe a date on the bottom would be great. Great from by the way!!! Thanks Barry White

With the new arrows, this is a no-brainer to fill out.
I suggest adding blanks for year built and Transfer Fee if dealing with an HOA. For now, I just write it down in Notes.

There is no longer a separate, Texas version of the Lead Property Information Sheet. This version is good for all states!
