Thank you so much for being amazing mentors. You always respond right away to emails, and I know if I am in the heat of a deal that I could always reach you by phone. It’s like you are with me 24/7!

We now have seven properties under contract, and I have also collected rent while doing a lease option on one property (making money while showing the property).

Thanks to you, I have learned how to market and put million-dollar properties under contract by doing a lease-option. I cannot wait to see what 2015 brings $$$$!
