About ten years ago I discovered Ron LeGrand, bought his course, followed the directions, got a house under contract, did a simultaneous closing and walked away with a check for $18,500. This completely changed my life and I have not been the same. I knew this was what I had to do.
I have since bought close to 150 houses: wholesale, subject-to, owner finance, short sales, foreclosures, pre-foreclosures, FSBO’s, REO’s, subordination, assignments, auctions, and trades. Pretty houses, ugly houses, and everything in between.
What I have learned has enabled me to not have a regular JOB and do things I never dreamed possible. I have been able to travel, (sailed from the Virgin Islands to Ft. Lauderdale on 24 hour notice), buy two airplanes, and help family members like I never dreamed possible.
I have attended many of the Ron LeGrand events, the most recent one in Dallas and have joined the mentor program jump start my business. After attending the Dallas event and six months of mentoring, I thought I had turned things around and everything was perfect.
However, there was on thing I was missing and my wife arranged for me to get it. I am now the proud owner of a Ron LeGrand bobble head doll!!! I am sure I now have everything I will ever want or need. My life is now complete.
