To whom it may concern
I entered the world of real estate investing about four years ago when prices were very low. However, after acquiring three houses, I ran out of the credit that I thought I needed to continue buying houses at such low prices.
So I read books and bought some Ron LeGrand courses and attended his quick start real estate school. I met Jon and Stephanie Iannotti through Ron’s mentoring program. There was one slot open for the Iannotti’s … 7:00 AM every Monday, where I was held accountable for what I thought was my inaction. (Mentoring students have to fill out a report every week describing their activities.) It was uncomfortable but, being new, we need a push. And I received every tool that Jon developed over the years. It was all there for the asking, and he didn’t hold back or keep any secrets. We went through all the steps together and I knew I’d get it once I had all the pieces in place. That’s our challenge; we have to construct an engine. There are several moving parts to this enterprise and if we’re missing just one piece, it’s unlikely we’ll get a check.
So, like backyard mechanics, under Jon’s instruction, we put my real estate engine together.
I got a check last Friday for $1,350.00. It was a learning experience, I made a few mistakes, and the check is a small one, but I now know this is a real, viable business. I’m on schedule to pick up another check for $2,400. And I’ve developed a conversational tone with my sellers and I am no longer unsure of myself. You have to talk to people and flub it up (the price of success) to get to that point. Now, I’m already getting referrals.
I am going to get filthy, dirty-rotten-scoundrel, stinkin’, rich. The engine still needs tuning as I have more automating to implement. However, the question that we all have: “Will this really work?” has been answered for me, and I believe Jon and Stephanie have accelerated that learning curve.

Fantastic…the checks will grow!
Hello Daryl, thanks for the success story! It was very inspiring and well worth reading about. The $1,350 check was really small, but you have to start somewhere. Your determination, focus and dedication is really something else! Keep up the good work.
