We just wanted to thank you for what has been a really beneficial experience for us, mentoring with you (and knowing Brian is somewhere in the background, too).  While we have worked full-time, we have dabbled in real estate (and done well for the past 20 years or so in foreclosures primarily and using our own money, always).  However, with you, we have now ventured into more of the methods that Ron teaches and really like these approaches.

We bought our first house “subject-to.”  It was a pre-foreclosure and the couple who had the house did not want to save the home; they just wanted out.  We were able to give them a considerable amount of money relative to the zero dollars they would have had in the foreclosure situation, so they can start over.  They are thrilled, and we will make a significant profit on the house.  Feels very good!

Having you as a resource during this deal was invaluable!  We have used methods you used, used wording on your ads, etc., etc.  You guys have been incredibly responsive via email to our questions.  We look forward to more success with you in the future!
