- Sold with Owner Financing: $74,900
- Down payment from buyer: $7,500
- Owner Finance/Balloon payment in 2 years: $66,900
- Underlying mortgage balance Payoff in 2 years: $34,065
mortage was originated in 1997 (already 12 years old) - Total Profit: $40,435
It has a positive monthly cash flow of $218/mo which we plan to apply toward principal reduction. And, the kicker was that the seller actually found the buyer for us! Thanks again, Ron!
