I don’t think Barbara understood the question. If you have a power of attorney from the seller, as part of your documents, you should be able to communicate with the sellers insurance company and have the check sent to you. Having said that I am not 100% sure we are stopping the sellers insurance are we? I would put this question in the “ask Ron” section and get him to advise on this.
