What’s the best way to train our team?
I would like to see some tutorials on using the deal checklists with explanations of each item on them.
I would also like to see a section that has the main resources for things like the VA service, yellow letters, DREAM, etc., with price lists and explanations of what you get. Maybe even throw in a discounted trial on a package to get you started (maybe allow club points to be used toward them?).
How about a tutorial video with a big blown up screen shot on how to complete the Purchase and Sale Agreement on a Terms deal.
Specifically what to say to the Seller as we fill in the blanks, like in Para. 2 Financing. It has a blank for interest rate, but what if we a mirroring the existing mortgage interest rate and payment.
Also Para.3 Buyer will pay: A. Closing costs. There is no blank to indicate that we the Buyer are paying all the closing costs. I guess we just check mark all the boxes? Para. 7 Title evidence. Are we always buying a new title policy? What if we are not? Lastly Para. 18 Additional Terms. Could we get some examples of what we might put here?
Like where do we indicate on this P & S Agreement when the Seller agrees to make the next 2 payments after they vacate the house as Ron teaches us to negotiate for? What else might go in Additional Terms? Maybe this has already been done, I haven’t found it yet. Thank you guys.
