   Excellent call.

   Learned which Lease/option form in the “Resources” tab to used for an ACTS deal (the one with the table of contents)

   Also, among many other things I learned on this call that the Lender cannot call the loan due on a lease/option or lease/purchase. Although, they can on a subject to.
