Larry here, I have to admit the information is hugely comprehensive, and a bit daunting but the “No Scripts,” and the “No Script Rebuttals” do help to accomplish the most important objective here, which is to get the updated “Lead / Property Information Sheet” filled out properly.
Ron’s “Lead Sheet Lesson” video is also a huge plus for anyone out there like me wondering what to do next. Hope to see you all at the “Quick Start Real Estate School Trianing.”
It seems that the seller benefits by avoiding short term capital gains tax by selling with terms. Is this correct, and, if yes, should it be mentioned in the NO script ?
