Student Success Stories – Eric Snyder

Hello there,

I want to reach out and share a quick thank you to Ron and Aaron and Andrew Schlag for your investment in me. I want to share a particular deal. My son and I purchased a 20 year old house on terms. Price was $50,000. Payment was $500 per month. Interest was 0%. We made the payment for 8 months, and then the seller called one day and said that he would accept $6,000 if we could cash him out immediately.

We found a tenant buyer who put down $16,000 Non Refundable Deposit toward the purchase and rent for $1,600 per month. Tenant rented for 10 months then moved. They told me that they understand that they were choosing to not move forward with the contract to purchase.

All in all, we brought in 32,000 from that one deal. We have several others in our rent to own program. THIS STUFF WORKS!!!! I feel BIG gratitude to Ron and to the Schlag Brothers as well. Thanks for all your input.

Sincerely,

Eric Snyder

P.S. Everybody should know that Ron is a real and helpful person!
