The rent in that area commanded $1,600/month, so we had a profit of $456.10 per month.
The Tenant-Buyer cashed out in 18 months… that means:
$456.10 x 18 months = $8,209.80
Once the property finally sold, we had a back-end payday of $97,710.32!
Total earnings on a house we put $10.00 down to buy over 18 months= $115,920.12
