After a year of lessons learned and course corrections, we are thrilled to share that we just closed our first deal on Planet Ron!
We are deeply grateful for the invaluable instruction and unwavering support from you and your amazing team. It’s no coincidence that this milestone came shortly after participating in the very first two-day Implementation event—it truly set us up for success!

While the numbers are exciting, the story behind this deal is even more rewarding.
We identified this lead using the Dreams AI system. The owner was behind on her payments, and her home had been completely trashed by family members she had trusted. She and her fiancé were in such dire straits that they were actively searching for shelters that would allow them to stay together.
When we connected with them, we visited the property and, using the strategies we learned from Planet Ron, made them an all-cash offer. They readily accepted, and with our training, we quickly found a wholesale buyer. From the initial contact to the closing, funds in all parties hands, took less than three weeks. Most importantly, we were able to save this couple from the brink of homelessness.
We give all the glory to God and are so grateful for the tools and guidance from Planet Ron that enabled us to be a blessing to others.
