Sellers are becoming less scary. I made more calls on my own just today than I would have done before in two weeks. And it was even a bit of fun!
I also wanted to tell you Jim & Ann Daugherty (my sellers of the 824 W. Pershing Avenue in Phoenix) are still on board with selling me the house you helped me negotiate. Ryan Shipp (my new partner) and I are being given the keys early so we can begin setting up the group home rooms while the sellers are still in the move-out process. They are letting me get the place cash flowing before I have to take over the payments! They will be out at the end of August and are allowing me your recommended two months before I start making the payments. This is huge!
I know I have not taken to this business as quickly or as fearlessly as others, but even this ONE house will bless my family and the new residents that will be living there in countless ways. I think at the end of the day, you will still be proud of this student! I just wanted you to know that you have made such a difference in my life and I am very grateful.
Virtual hugs to you Ron!
Vicki
Hello Vicki,
Wow, what a nice house for your first deal! I like it and hope my first deal is as good as yours. Having troubles getting started thats all. But, I keep moving forward. Wish me good luck if you read this.
Bye for now,
Robert
Great job making the calls. As Ron says the most important things are 1) getting quality leads, and 2) mastering the closing call.
Kudos for plugging into your mentor. We are all on a journey at our own pace and i am sure your mentor IS proud of you.
Be blessed!
