Students are begging, and we’re listening!

Not sure if you’ve noticed lately, but Ron’s been really getting into some serious instant gratification online, particularly on social media and going live on Facebook. Originally, he balked at the idea, but it wasn’t long before even we had to admit, we’d created a monster! Oh, and he’s tweeting too! He said “if it’s good enough for Trump, it’s good enough for me!” LOL

First, he started out with just a simple hello or two and some short lessons on a couple of hot topics on Facebook Live. Before long, he realized the impact he was having by reaching his students instantly, and came up with a great idea.

That idea has got students begging for more!

You see, he asked students to send in a couple of property information sheets and offered to help those who did with structuring their deals when he went live on Facebook. So, they did and true to his word, he worked their deals. His normal half day consulting fee is $12.5K, so we honestly couldn’t believe he was doing this all for free.

Well, as you can imagine, students are going crazy over having the chance to work their deals LIVE with the legend, himself! After doing this just twice, we’ve been inundated with requests from students for Ron’s help on their deals and to actually work one-on-one with him LIVE!

Obviously and unfortunately, with the overwhelming number of requests, he just can’t get to them all.

SO, he came up with another brilliant idea! He’s decided to have a contest! He’s asking any and all students who’d like a shot at working their leads LIVE with him to send in as many completed property information sheets as possible between now and May 3^rd.

Property information sheets MUST be fully completed, all questions with stars must be filled in or the property information sheet will not be reviewed. He will NOT be calling sellers, but will be critiquing them LIVE, discussing the best exit strategy and what the deal is worth.

Ron will then be randomly selecting a handful to work through on his LIVE Workshop on May 9^th at 12 ET Noon. Even if your deal isn’t selected, you’ll still benefit greatly from the session!

If you’re one of the lucky ones to be selected to have your deal critiqued and analyzed on the Workshop, you’ll be able to interact with Ron from a private queue! The goal will be for Ron to construct as many deals for his students to take to the sellers to get signed and collect checks!
