I hope I understand this correctly. I can lock in a flip with the money from my Self Directed Roth IRA,sell the contract to a rehabber and the profit goes back into the Roth IRA with no tax due then because Im over 59 1/2 I can take a distribution from that IRA at no tax. If this is rigjt then I can create a no tax income this way. Beautiful!!

This is an answer to prayer for so many people. Thank you so much for this information Ron! Do you have any ideas on using a family bank in a similar way? I know with a family bank , you can borrow against the cash value and make any purchases that are needed. I don’t think there are any restrictions however, the secured loan must be paid back to your account with interest. Not so bad because you are reaping the rewards of the interest and you can set up a comfortable payment arrangement with yourself.Sweet deal!
