Weekly Lesson: How To Speak To Private Money Lenders

Join us for an exclusive session with Ron and Nick, where they conduct a mock phone call between an investor and a private money lender. The biggest hurdle people run into in this industry is fear, and fear of the phone may be the biggest! If you take the time to listen to this mock phone call, you will learn what to expect when you’re on the phone with private lenders, and it may help alleviate some of your fear. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from the man who has made calls to hundreds of thousands of sellers, buyers, and lenders!

If any questions come up, please leave a comment in the “Ask Ron” forum of the Gold Club, and we will be sure to address them in the next “Ask Ron”.

Golden. Vintage Ron. Never at a loss for words. Like when Nick said “can you do 7%?” Ron’s come back was “well that’s a little high, but I will do it for you”.

Nothing to be stressed out about in talking to a potential private lender after watching this. Very conversational and casual.
