I have a Craigslist account set up under my personal email account and can’t find a way to change my email to my real estate email. Any thoughts.

Hi Brian,
When you log into Craigslist, on the left hand side under “post to classifieds”, you will see “My Account”
Click on it and you’ll be taken to a screen where you can see 5 tabs:
Postings, Drafts, Searches, Settings and Billing. Click on “Settings”
On the Settings Tab, you’ll see a section for email address. Click “Change”
You’ll be met with a screen that states:
“You will need to confirm this change from both the old address and the new address.
If you no longer have access to the old address, please create a new account with the new email address.
Please enter the new email address you’d like associated with your account:
Current Email Address: Iluvhotpocketsbaby@yahooee.com
New Email Address:|=====|
Re-type New Email Address:|=====|
Once you start the e-mail change process, you must submit both confirmations within 60 minutes.
You can only attempt to change the e-mail address on your account once per day.
You can only change the e-mail address on your account once every 30 days.”
You can do this, but,
Why not just set up a new Craigslist account specifically for real estate?
Since you’re checking a different email address anyway?

I’ve used Craigslist for everything from selling houses to buying gift cards. Every time I think it’s played out, it makes me more money. Gotta love free advertising!

While Craigslist can be helpful, you also have to be careful of the shysters and cons that are lurking out there to take advantage of you and your money. User beware of this website.
