Hey Ron, im constantly looking here for your help, and the education. i find all these videos and calls are helpfull, but i dont often find any that are of a recent date. why is this? for example, this very taping is showing as: last call in of alumnui’s, but it is of november of 2015, and this is October 31, 2016.
my question: isnt anybody making use of your Gold Club recently, whereas i can find folks who want to network in this realestate business??
im about to give up, finding anyone who is actually working this business!!
im active daily, though i have a lot tyo learn: and i know the best learning is from DOING, so i’ll keep on struggling, and hopefully i WILL SUCCEED eventually!!
i even follow all your instructions, and i bring in the deals, but if i cant find the $$ to close, then im only hurting my reputation as an investor; and this doesnt make it any easier!!
any ways, i quit ranting about what i cant do, and ill let you know when I SUCCEED!!

Love the ‘wobbly house’ story…goes to prove that just because we’re educated on what we should and shouldn’t spend cash on doesn’t mean others are…We’re there to help them buy a house any way they like…even if they want to put $45,000 down on a mobile home! Priceless.lol

Ron, Lynette and Brian are so amazing. I love a 3 of them, and can’ wait to go to GSRE School. I plan on going during the fall!!!
