I had forgotten all the categories commercial property entails. Excellent training and thanks Ron.
It’s easy to categorize commercial property from a ‘what it’s not’ – it’s not single family, duplex, or living units under 5; it’s not a company or business. Just about everything else is commercial property.
This is a commercial property information. I can not believe how great all of this information is. This is truly life changing. Thank you Ron.

Adeola, the strategy that Ron gives you is to keep investing in your quick turns, ACTS, and pretty/ugly house flipping to generate your cash flow for business. The commercial is larger asset building and longer term cash flow. The two (SF and commercial) are designed to go together, not one or the other

I had some good commercial deals, and thought I was too good for houses at one point. I haven’t found any commercial deals for a while, so I’ve been going back to foreclosure auctions and have purchased a couple. Keep working on houses is good advice.
Once I get comfortable and familiar with residential real estate, I want to upgrade to commercial properties. That is the plan…….
