Terry, did you find one ? I am also looking in S.C. for one. They either don’t have the knowledge or some even say: “It’s illegal”, you will get sued.
I would appreciate any input.
Attorneys that say lease/options or owner financing is illegal are the ones you want to run away from. Don’t even try to educate them, it’s a waste of time.
It’s amazing the different answers you can get from different attorneys. when you ask them the very same question. All attorneys are not created equal. Neither are doctors.
