Weekly Lesson – Yellow Letters

Yellow letter campaigns are a little tricky to pull off, but a successful one can really bring in the leads. This week’s lesson video is all about making sure your yellow letters are done correctly. If you’re thinking about some marketing through yellow letters, or any direct mail pieces, you’ll definitely want to pay attention. A lot of what Ron is discussing can go beyond yellow letters to any form of marketing.

Great lesson Ron, I got a 32% response as well. I also have had people hold on to it and call me 3 to 5 years after I sent it to them.

Have been interested for a while.
Told I must purchase the course for leads.
Can anyone tell me, using the yellow letter, how they have done with general mailing (can’t do specific pre-foreclosure process here in Maryland), probates, divorce, etc?

    Thanks a lot.

  7. Ron Caruthers says:

Ron’s Yellow Letter guys are super easy to work with, and real prompt to respond. Turn around time is fast. They really have their act together.

On another note: I purchased a list of out of town owners a little over a year ago and thought I’d just mail that. HUGE mistake. I got over 30% back as undeliverable because the people had moved. 30%!

    Lesson learned.

what if your doing a mass mailing on ugly houses. I have 100 ugly houses, can I use my computer

    • Neal Zurkowski says:

Why not use your computer. I think the sky is the limit for anyone who is trying to reach as many people as they possibly can. Good luck

  22. Bella Chartrand says:

What a great service! If you’re going to do it, I’d just have Christie stuff them as well because it’s just another 14 cents and doesn’t stuffing 300 envelopes defeat the whole purpose of paying someone to do it for you?

  23. Lacie Walton says:

Awesome! Definitely getting ahold of yellow letter lady Christie King
